Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting and submitting the correct nail sizes when ordering.

Mahogany Nailz provides sizing information and recommendations to assist with selecting the appropriate size; however, we cannot guarantee that customer-selected sizes will fit if measurements are inaccurate or if the wrong sizes are ordered.

Nail Preparation & Application

Proper preparation and application are essential for achieving the best results.

Mahogany Nailz is not responsible for lifting, popping off, premature wear, damage, or loss of nails resulting from improper nail preparation, application, removal, or failure to follow the provided instructions.

Adhesive / Glue

If adhesive or nail glue is recommended or provided, customers are responsible for following the manufacturer’s directions and using the product as instructed.

Mahogany Nailz is not responsible for issues resulting from improper use of adhesive, excessive adhesive, insufficient adhesive, allergic or adverse reactions, improper application, or the use of an adhesive other than the one recommended.

If you experience irritation, redness, swelling, burning, itching, or discomfort, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate professional advice.

Wear & Longevity

Press-on nail wear time varies from person to person and depends on factors including:

Our nails are reusable with proper removal and care, but repeated use, improper removal, or damage to the nails may affect their ability to be reused.

Customer-Caused Damage

Mahogany Nailz is not responsible for damage, loss, premature lifting, breakage, or reduced wear resulting from customer handling, misuse, improper application or removal, picking or pulling at the nails, excessive exposure to water or chemicals, or failure to follow recommended preparation and care instructions.

Natural Nail Health

Mahogany Nailz cannot guarantee the condition of your natural nails following application or removal. Customers are responsible for properly preparing, applying, wearing, and removing press-on nails according to the provided instructions.

If you have concerns about the health or condition of your natural nails, consult a qualified nail professional or healthcare professional before use.
